HISTORICAL DRAMA
TV Pilot
· This one-hour, historical drama TV pilot tells the true story of a black baseball player in the 1880s who successfully breaks into the major leagues 63 years before Jackie Robinson. To achieve initial success, he must turn his back on friends and family and a promising academic career. But his early success becomes increasingly tragic as he is opposed by the most famous player in the game, a rising tide of racism, big business, and a corrupt Supreme Court.
DRAMEDY
TV Pilot
· In this half-hour dramedy a disgraced NYC diversity consultant is forced to become editor of a failing Iowa newspaper, where she faces off against a popular, local conservative columnist. With her trying to turn the town blue, and he resisting her progressive agenda, the two battle for the political future of the town, the state, and the country with their own fates in the balance. Each episode sees one, the other, or both come face-to-face with an unexpected perspective that challenges their preconceived notions. It's an "ALL IN THE FAMILY" for the divided 21st Century.

Diane is forced by an unlikely source to confront her uncomfortable feelings about the American system of justice. And Carmen defends a client accused of deliberately infecting his mother with COVID to cash in on an inheritance.
